Academic Achievements
Dr. Liu Yu, associate professor of Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. As the project principal investigator, he leads a number of national major science and technology project in the field of IoT and RFID benchmark in the past seven years, and accumulated rich experience in program organizing and managing. He established a theory of RFID benchmark formal model and test methods and put forward an RFID benchmark system architecture. He provided an IoT infrastructure evaluation method to avoid the combinatorial explosion in on-site deployment. He also led the development of a real-time manufacturing process monitoring software to transparentize the production information. His recent publications include 3 books, over 30 journal and conference papers, and over 20 authorized national invention patents. He is the member of IEEE, ACM and Chinese Association of Automation, and participated in organizing the Global RF Lab Alliance and China RFID Benchmarking Test Consortium.
